  • The events (or some contents) are subject to cancellation due to bad weather or other reason. Please check this website to see whether the events will take place.
  • If the venue is crowded, admission may be restricted for safety purposes.
  • A security check will be implemented at the entry gate. A security check will take place every time you reenter. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Eating and drinking at the venues will be limited to food and beverages purchased at the venues. (Eating and drinking at the Chofu venue’s Chofu City Green Hall, Big Hall will be prohibited.)
  • At some of the indoor public viewing areas of the Chofu venue, numbered tickets will be distributed. For details, please check the List of opening hours and numbered ticket distribution for the Chofu venue indoor areas.
  • Scheduled performers may be subject to cancellation or change.
  • Taking photos, video recordings, and audio recording of the performers are strictly prohibited. If any of the above actions are detected, all media will be confiscated, the data deleted immediately, and in the case that it is deemed malicious in nature, the equipment will also be confiscated.
  • Animals may not enter the venues (with the exception of guide dogs and other service dogs.)
  • Please refrain from behavior that might cause disturbance to the surrounding facilities and residents, such as illegal parking and sleeping rough.
  • People who engage in the following prohibited actions, cause disturbance in and outside the venues, or do not follow the instructions of staff members will be forcibly removed from the premises or prohibited from entering.
  • The sponsors and venues shall not be held liable in any way for accidents, theft, etc., taking place in and outside the venues.
  • Please use the toilets provided within the venues and do not use toilets at commercial facilities outside of the venues.
  • The sponsors may take photos or recordings at the events for the purpose of taking record or information transmission. Please note in advance that videos and photos from such recordings may be made public.

Prohibited Behavior

The following acts are prohibited.

  • To enter forbidden areas such as the backyard.
  • To bring or use prohibited items in the venue (including the backyard).
  • To eat or drink items other than those purchased at the Fanzones.
  • To place, post, wear, spread, or paste bulletin boards, billboards, horizontal banners, vertical banners, streamers, flags, placards, cloth bibs, clothing, documents, diagrams, or other printed matter, etc., that display or are associated with political, ideological, or religious principles, arguments, or concepts.
  • To become intoxicated and commit acts that cause nuisance or invoke distaste in others such as acts of violence, threats, coercion, or provocation.
  • To commit acts that have the risk of obstructing the progression of the events and attractions at the venues.
  • To climb fences, lighting towers, or other structures, stand on seats, or enter forbidden areas.
  • To destroy, damage, vandalize, or unnecessarily maneuver buildings, trees, structure, or other facilities, equipment, or properties.
  • To commit acts that will obstruct traffic such as placing belongings or stopping in the line of traffic flow.
  • To enter with a vehicle (including bicycles) or park in areas other than designated areas.
  • To conduct acts such as soliciting, making speeches, organizing assemblies, carrying out propaganda activities, or proselytizing.
  • To conduct acts that may obstruct smooth operation of the events such as protests or demonstrations.
  • To conduct ambush marketing or other commercial activities, fund-raising activities, post ads, distribute leaflets, samples, etc.
  • To operate or use unmanned aircraft (such as drones and radio controlled models) in the venues or surrounding areas.
  • To take photos or videos in the venues (excluding for personal use).
  • To commit racist, xenophobic, or homophobic acts or incite such acts.
  • To suspend banners or flags from billboards and signs.
  • Gambling
  • To disobey the instructions or guidance of staff or security personnel.
  • To not cooperate with screening (baggage check) for security purposes.
  • All acts determined to have the risk of obstructing the safe and smooth operation of the events.

Prohibited items

The following items are prohibited.

  • Dangerous items or similar items (knives, fireworks, etc.)
  • Items that are dangerous if thrown(empty bottles, empty cans, etc.)
  • Items that have the risk of obstructing the progression of the events(laser pointers, drones, etc.)
  • Items that could be used as weapons
  • Items that could be a nuisance to others(bicycles, tripods and other video camera-related equipment, roller skates, etc.)
  • Other items that the organizers or facility managers deem dangerous

*Umbrellas, cans, bottles, PET bottles (which are allowed to be brought into Fanzones in Tokyo) and beverages purchased at Fanzones are prohibited from being brought into the stadiums. For items prohibited at the stadiums, please check the Rugby World Cup 2019 ticket terms and conditions.

Q1.Do you need a ticket to enter a Fanzone?

Q2.What time do the events end?
Please check the timetable. In the case that the venues are crowded, entry may be restricted for safety reasons.
Q3.Where and when can I get a numbered ticket?

Q4.Can I eat and drink at the venues?
The venues have a food and beverage area. Eating and drinking at the venues are limited to items purchased at the venues. Eating and drinking at the Chofu venue’s Chofu City Green Hall, Big Hall will be prohibited.
Q5.Is audio recording or video recording the live performances at the venues allowed?
Taking photographs, recording videos, and recording audio of the artists performing with cameras, cell phones with cameras, video cameras, recorders, and other recording and filming equipment are prohibited. If such behavior is detected, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be removed from the premises. Please note that we may also take legal action.
Q6.Can I bring a compact camera, etc., into the venues?
You may bring cell phones with cameras, compact digital cameras, etc., into the venue, but any professional filming equipment is strictly prohibited. Additionally, filming is only permitted when you yourself are the subject of the photo or video. Filming of the artists performing with such filming equipment is strictly prohibited.
Q7.Is there somewhere I can use chairs or picnic sheets?
Chairs and picnic sheets may be used only in the following areas. You may be asked to refrain from using them if it causes inconvenience to other visitors.
Chofu venue: public viewing area in front of Trie Keio Chofu B Building (after sunset)
Yurakucho venue: Tokyo Sports Square 2nd floor public viewing area

The use of tents is prohibited.
Additionally, please refrain from leaving items to hold places for long periods of time or other behavior that might disturb others. Items left will be swiftly removed.
Q8.Is there parking at the venues?
Neither venue has parking. Please use public transport.
Q9.Are there places for children to play?
Children are welcome in any area, but the following areas are recommended.
Chofu venue: rugby activity area in front of Trie Keio Chofu B Building (before sunset)
Yurakucho venue: Tokyo Sports Square 2nd floor public viewing area and rugby activity area kids
Q10.Are there places to leave strollers or nursing rooms?
Both venues have places to leave strollers. Please check at each venue for the location. Please note that we shall not be held liable in any way for damages, loss, theft, etc., that may occur in areas where strollers are left. The Yurakucho venue has a nursing room on the second floor.
Q11.Can I enter with a wheelchair?
Entry with a wheelchair is possible.
Q12.Can I bring a pet?
Animals are not allowed to enter. This excludes guide dogs and other service dogs.
Q13.Are there coin-operated lockers or cloakrooms?
There are no coin-operated lockers or cloakrooms.
Additionally, there are no day care facilities where you can leave children.
Q14.What should I do if I lose or forget something?
Please check at the information counter at the venues.
Q15.Can I smoke at the venues?
There is a total ban on smoking within the venues. Additionally, there is a ban on smoking in areas surrounding the venues due to local ordinances.
